SUPREME SMOOTHIE BOWL
It's one thing to enjoy a smoothie through a straw, but it's a completely different experience to enjoy a smoothie with a spoon. The awesome smoothie bowl I've crafted for you today is loaded with nutrients, protein, fibre, omega-3s and, of course, lots of fruits and veggies!
One thing I love about smoothie bowls is the added freedom in getting creative with your toppings and creating art - the possibilities are endless. Ditch the straw today and grab a spoon!
SUPREME SMOOTHIE BOWL (SERVES 1)

- 1/2 ripe banana, peeled
- 1 cup frozen mango
- large handful of spinach
- 1/2 cup hemp milk
- 1/2 Medjool date
- 1-2 tbsp. unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1-2 tbsp. goji berries
- 1 tbsp. raw pumpkin seeds
- 1 tbsp. hemp hearts
- In a high-speed blender, blend together spinach and hemp milk until smooth.
- Add banana, mango, and Medjool date. Blend again until completely smooth.
- Pour smoothie into bowl and top with coconut, goji berries, pumpkin seeds and hemp hearts. Enjoy immediately with a spoon.
